Luminita Keles is the Founder and Managing Partner of KLS Consulting Romania, a seasoned Human Capital Management Consultant and ICF Certified Coach. Since 2003 she has led mid‑ and senior‑level executive search projects, personally placing or overseeing the recruitment of more than 2,500 professionals. Her achievements include over 500 middle‑ and top‑management placements across diverse industries and another 500 specialist roles in sales, HR, production, supply chain, logistics, accounting and finance, as well as staff for shared services and BPO environments. In 2008 alone she coordinated the recruitment of 1,500 employees for HP Romania. Before launching KLS Consulting Romania, Luminita held key HR leadership roles such as Staffing Manager EMEA at HP, Human Resources Director for East Europe Manufacturing at ASSA ABLOY and Employer Branding & Talent Management Manager at JTI Romania. She holds multiple certifications in coaching and career counselling, including systemic coaching and organisational leadership facilitation. Luminita has a master’s degree in psychology and is fluent in Romanian, English and French.
